"A bit pricey for what it is"
I was hoping to like this more, but it feels a little overpriced for the quality you get. It’s not terrible, and I’ll probably still use it, but I can’t say I’m fully convinced it was worth what I paid

"Not quite what I thought I was getting"
I opened it up and immediately thought, wait… this doesn’t look like the pictures. The color was far off, and the size wasn’t what I expected from the listing either. I kept checking the photos again like maybe I missed something, but nope, it just wasn’t as shown.

"Returning this ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected"
I didn’t think the return process was going to be such a headache, but here I am still waiting around for my refund and getting frustrated. It’s been dragging on longer than I feel like it should, and the whole thing has just left a bad impression. I don’t mind returning something if it’s straightforward, but when the money still hasn’t come back and there isn’t much clarity, it starts to feel like way more trouble than it’s worth.

"Cracked after a week... how is this okay?"
I’m disappointed. I paid a decent amount expecting better quality, but the wood cracked after just one week of normal use. Like, how is this okay for the price? Definitely not what I expected.

"Looks better online than in person"
I really wanted to like this cabinet because it looked great in the photos, but once it showed up, the quality just wasn’t what I expected. Some of the joints were kind of rough, and one of the drawers doesn’t sit quite right. Maybe I missed something in the description or just got a bad one, but for the price, I was disappointed.

I’m not totally sure what happened on their end, but it felt like my order took almost three weeks to show up. The tracking didn’t seem to update much either, at least from what I could see. Maybe it was a carrier issue, but it was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Packing felt like an afterthought"
My order arrived with hardly any padding, and the box was already banged up. It looked like the item had been sliding around the whole time, because the corners had marks on them. I’m assuming this is just how they usually pack things, which is disappointing considering the price. I expected a lot better and probably won’t order from them again.

"Customer service was disappointing"
I tried reaching out about my order it was such a headache 🙃 The replies were slow and super vague, and it kind of felt like they just wanted me to stop asking. Really frustrating experience overall...
